Apply now: grants to facilitate youth engagement in Eastern Partnership

June 19, 2017

The European Union has launched a programme under its EU4Youth Initiative, awarding grants to organisations proposing actions in the Eastern Partnership (EaP) region  that address youth employment and employability, skills development and the active participation of young people in their societies.

The funding will be directed to foster the employability and active participation of young people in society and economy of the six eastern partner countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine.

It also aims to address the key challenges faced by disadvantaged youth, including internally displaced youth and youth in conflict-affected areas. The proposals should also support youth entrepreneurship by identifying actions and actors that have potential for systemic impact in this policy area in the partner countries.

The application deadline for the first outlines of proposals is 11 July, 2017. More information can be found here.
